Joan has extensive knowledge of the transportation industry with over 4 decades of experience.
She is Vice-President of Skills Canada PEI. As well, she is a member of the National Board of Directors of the Canadian Trucking Human Resource Council (CTHRC), and on the Transportation Outreach Steering Committee for CTHRC.
